Two breakfast recipes

Today I’m going to give you 2 short and easy recipes for delicious stuff to fuel you in the morning. First I have a recipe for how I make my oats. Second will be a recipe for healthy pancakes (recipe from Blogilates- Cassey Ho).

Oaty Breakfast

– 40 grams of oats
– 200 ml of soy milk
– honey
– Fruit if you like

How to make it:
1. Put the oats, milk and honey in a bowl. Microwave for a minute, stir and microwave for another minute.
2. Serve with a sliced banana/ fruit of your choice or just as is is. I really needed the banana in the beginning to eat it in the morning, but now I eat it as it is and I love it.

Banana- egg pancakes with mandarin

Banana egg pancakes
– 1 banana
– 2 eggs

To decorate:
– honey
– seasonal fruits

How to make it:
1. Mash the banana and add the eggs, mix well! (You can also put the banana with the eggs in a chopper/ blender till smooth)
2. Heat a pan and add some oil.
3. Make small pancakes and bake on either side till golden. It can occur that the top is still wet, just try to turn them. Practice makes art.
4. Stack and decorate with honey and fruit of your choice.
