Today I have a recipe for this super delicious breakfast smoothie. Really simple and perfect for the summer.
What you need (for 400- 500ml)
- 1 banana
- 3 tablespoons of Greek Yogurt 0% fat
- handful of raspberries
- handful of blackberries
- handful of blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
How to make it
Super simple: Prepare your berries by washing it. Carefully pat dry. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle with oats to finish.
You can also add a handful of spinach to already get some of your vegetables in the morning. Probably you could also poor this mixture in ice-pop moulds and freeze them. I recon they would be really nice!
